It is really interesting to note that Zaheer Khan was docked 80 percent of his match fee by International Cricket Council (ICC) referee Chris Broad on Tuesday for an outburst against outgoing batsman Matthew Hayden during the Mohali Test.

If you look at the video above you see zaheer jogging pass by Hayden when he was walking back to the pavilion. If he (Khan) swore at him, if he abused him, he obviously deserves to get punished. But make sure there are no double standards. We saw Mr.Neat a.k.a Ricky ponting kept on appealing and coming over to shwewag for an intensive "chat" on day 4,after the umpire had given not out to a snick. If that had been an indian cricketer he would well had his match fee cut into half.
Its always an asian cricketer who is singled out .Several instances come into my mind.a)in the 1990's when after being slammed over his head for a superb six by Dravid,an irritated Allan Donald clearly saying f*** y** several times to Dravid clearly caught by the camera;b)Michael Slater in the bombay test in the epic 2001 series, arguing with Dravid(again!!!)after claiming a bump catch;c)Mcgrath cursing to Sachin, ganguly and several others .Every time, it is always an Indian or a sub-continent player who gets hauled up, never the Australians."
I think its time for ICC to be view every country with the same view. You can just igniore the kangaross saying "its just in their culture" and for asians that "they are actually making this up ".The ICC needs to actually get its act together.
Right now India is an aggressive, well rounded team with a nice mixture of talented aggressive Pacemen, world class spinners, experienced middle order,a vibrant wicket keeper batsmen /captain and the best opening pair in the world today,I dare say !!!
India has every right to play cricket in an agressive manner as the aussies do.Meanwhile on the Mhali match,it was a great feeling to see India beating the aussies in the manner they did, even outclassing in the every department and all the 11 memebers chipping in including the debutant Amit Mishra.
Looking forward to another victory in Delhi...
Cheers
